The Liberatum

The vocal group within the legislature and throughout the Confederation that fights for the rights of the free people. They work mostly in charity and try to send the Confederation budget towards projects that benefit the common person. This faction is made up of people of all ranks and has representatives and agents in many aspects of the Confederation’s society. One of their current goals is to broker a peace with the new nation of Yarmehtoo.

The massacre 8 years ago was a heavy blow to be dealt, as many of the primary sponsors of the Liberatum were sundered and forced into hiding. The battle they fight is a difficult one, but they have not given up hope yet.


Advocate

Prerequisites: 10 Renown

As someone who has advocated for the people and taken an active role in performing services for their betterment, you are starting to gain some traction and recognition within the Liberatum. 

People Person: You have advantage on Persuasion checks when speaking to people of common birth. Additionally, you have advantage on Intimidation checks when speaking to nobility. These bonuses do not apply to other player characters.


Dragon’s Tongue: You gain the ability to read and write Draconic. If you are already proficient with this language, learn another of your choice.



Liberator

Prerequisites: 20 Renown

You’ve done plenty of Liberatum legwork, and have successfully fed and sheltered many who were in need and overlooked. The organization has noted you for your hard work and commitment.


Friends in Low Places: You gain one low-class contact at the start of every month.


Safe Haven: You are given access to a Medium structure within the Cinder Confederation. It comes equipped with the Lodging room, and is well equipped to handle any Confederation refugees. 



Free Rider

Prerequisites: 30 Renown

People have begun to recognize you as a warrior and voice for the Liberatum. The dragons of the organization regard you with respect, and your word now carries considerable weight.


Draconic Ally: You are granted a wyvern mount by the Liberatum leaders. It acts as an ally to your party and follows only your commands. In combat, it follows the rules of a traditional mount, but gains the ability to make one attack as an action if commanded. If the wyvern dies in combat, you are able to resummon it after 24 hours for 1000gp.


Ambassador

Prerequisites: 45 Renown

You have become a prominent figurehead within the Liberatum, and serve as one of its chief advisors. Your influence is far spread and the people and dragons of the Cinder Confederation honor your contributions towards change.


Bastion of Hope: Your medium structure within the Cinder Confederation is upgraded to Huge size if it has not become that size already, and you automatically receive another Lodging room. This structure costs half as much to staff.


Ancient Patron: An ancient dragon of the Liberatum has taken a particular interest in your progress, and offers their gifts to your mount. Your mount now has resistance to the damage type associated with your patron, and it can use a 30ft cone breath weapon as an action that deals 8d6 of the same associated damage type (DC: 15 Dex save).
