The Plane of the Scribe

The final resting place for souls, when one is done living and seeks to be truly reborn, they traverse to the Plane of the Scribe. Tales have been woven of a large library with the history of all that has happened, and some speculate all that will happen as well. 

Not much is known about this plane, just that it is the end point of a soul before it is sent back into cycle.
