The Plane

The Plane of Fire in Embris is chaotic at best, hardened magma and obsidian are the only things to really walk across in the sea of flames. Decanters of Endless Water are a commodity there as the strong heat can reduce a normal humanoid to dehydration very quickly.

The Rift of the Summer Flames

During the peak of Summer, within the hottest part of the world, a rift opens within flames. A pulse of energy goes out during this time, and flames are reported to burn brighter. The Flames get hotter, both literal and metaphorical flames, battles from wars fought during this time are almost always recorded as they have been the most ‘interesting’ of the battles fought. The weapons and armor forged during this day are, coincidentally, ones of ‘legends’. Most often those find that emotions run ‘hot’ and tricks are often around the corner.
